Serendipities.

The word that encapsulates what I feel from this song is simple, but it works: good. I feel good all over.

The way it starts with gentle guitar harmonics to the muted strums; the ping of the bells; the looped rhythm; the steady pulse of the bass; the soothing backup vocals; the undertones of the jazz organ; the simple beat of the drums; and the dreamy timbre of the lead vocalist; all add to each other humbly, not taking any for its own glory.

But let's not take away from what the song is saying.

"If I thought love was just a word, I might feel the same way too.
But there's so much more than that, and it's waiting here for you.
There is a way, there is a spark,
there is a hope that you can hold on to.
There is a lifeline come to the rescue,
just like a hand that's waiting for you.
And if you believe in this I promise that you won't be alone.
There is a way..."

No more beautiful a word than mamihlapinatapai.

I love this feeling.  I didn't know a word had been created to describe it.

Mamihlapinatapai is a word from the Yaghan language of Tierra del Fuego, listed in The Guinness Book of World Records as the “most succinct word”, and is considered one of the hardest words to translate.

It describes “a look shared by two people with each wishing that the other will initiate something that both desire but which neither one wants to start.”
